Expert Witness Testimony

CECS employs highly trained engineers with the technical background and the many years of experience within the transportation field, which enables the firm to provide expert witness testimony in trial cases. Since the founding of CECS, our personnel have served as expert witnesses providing technical guidance for cases in which engineering situations were analyzed.
